Onboarding Guide

User registration

Access to TwikBot is managed directly by Twikit. To request an account, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us — Fill out the contact form at http://twikit.com/contact with your name, email, phone number, and a brief message about your interest.

  2. Follow-up — A member of our sales or customer success team will respond within 24–48 hours to discuss your requirements and next steps.

  3. Account setup — Once confirmed, our team will create your account and provide your login credentials.

  4. Onboarding — Depending on your plan, you may be invited to an onboarding session and given access to training materials and a dedicated account manager.

Once your account is active, proceed to Login to access the platform.
