Onboarding Guide

Getting Started as a Partner

Overview

This page covers everything you need to get up and running as a Twikit partner or agency — from getting access to the TwikBot Platform to understanding where to find support and how to approach your first project.

Step 1: Get Access to the TwikBot Platform

All implementation work takes place at http://platform.twikit.com. To get started, you will need a Twikit partner account with access to the platform.

  • Contact the Twikit team at support.twikit.com to request partner access

  • Once your organisation is set up, you will receive credentials to log in to http://platform.twikit.com

  • Additional team members can be added via the Account Management section of the platform

Step 2: Familiarise Yourself with the Platform

Before starting a client project, take time to explore the TwikBot Platform and understand its structure. The following sections of this documentation will give you the foundation you need:

Step 3: Understand the Implementation Process

A TwikBot implementation follows a clear lifecycle — from discovery and asset preparation through to configuration setup, integration, testing, and go-live. Before starting a project, review the Implementation Guide section of this documentation, which covers each phase in detail.

At a high level, every implementation involves:

  1. Discovery & Scoping — Mapping the client's product, business logic, and technical environment

  2. Asset Preparation — Preparing and optimising 3D assets for real-time rendering

  3. Configuration Setup — Building the product logic, pricing, and output templates in the TwikBot Platform

  4. Integration — Connecting TwikBot to the client's ERP, CRM, eCommerce, or production systems

  5. Testing & Go-Live — Validating the full experience and deploying to production

Step 4: Set Up Your First Project

Once you have platform access and are familiar with the basics, you are ready to create your first project. The Product Setup section of this documentation walks you through the process step by step, covering:

  • Creating a project in the TwikBot Platform

  • Defining product structure and parameters

  • Importing assets and setting up materials

  • Configuring rules, pricing, and output templates

  • Publishing and testing your configurator
