Academy
The Twikit Academy — the platform you are on right now — is the starting point for all training. It provides self-paced video-based training covering the full TwikBot workflow, from preparing 3D assets to publishing a finished configurator. Each video is accompanied by documentation and downloadable assets so you can follow along at your own pace.
The Academy is available to all partners from the moment their environment is set up.
Onboarding Sessions
New partners receive guided onboarding sessions with a Twikit team member. These sessions are tailored to your studio's specific needs and product focus, and are designed to get your team productive on the platform as quickly as possible.
Following the onboarding sessions, partners have access to a sandbox environment with structured exercises to practice and consolidate what they have learned.
Masterclasses
For partners looking to deepen their expertise, Twikit offers advanced masterclasses covering more complex configurator scenarios and techniques. Masterclasses are tailored to your industry and product specialisation.
Certification
Partners who complete the training programme are evaluated and, upon successful assessment, receive a Twikit certification. Certification is the basis for partnership acceptance and determines your partnership tier, which defines the level of support and benefits available to your studio.
